Price Family

I can't believe I've known Melissa for almost 12 years. It was great to catch up with her and to meet her new little man.
I hope they love your pictures.

these two are a photographer's dream-I love that Mark literally ran into this shot before his little girl could catch up to him-I mean honestly how do you just "fall" into such a great pose?

how gorgeous are her blue eye's?

I have a feeling this little man gets mauled all the time by his sisters

she is such a cutie pie

I love that Mark decided to buy superhero shirts for the whole family-it was seriously the cutest thing ever, especially with three girls in the family.  this is her superhero "flying" pose-so adorable!

this is her "I know I'm cute-look at me" look

oh-those eye's, someone got his momma's eye gene

favorite sister shot ever-you can definitely tell that these two are best friends.

Ainsley Mae

This little cutie pie is going to break some hearts one day.
You know how you always want what you don't have...well check out those gorgeous brown eyes (love!!!gorgeous!!!)

How cute are those two little front teeth?

those eyes get me everytime
looks like she's already stolen her daddy's heart
and quite possibly her two older brothers hearts

just for fun, because they were so good while I was taking pictures of their baby sister. probably one of my favorite boys shots ever....barefeet, holding hands and the biggest cheesy smile...priceless

Invitation Design

I love working with brides to help them customize their pictures and create the "perfect" invitation design for them.  By working so closely with the bride on their invites and engagement pictures, I'm able to understand what the overall tone & theme they are trying to achieve for their wedding-which only makes it that much easier to get those perfect wedding pictures that they will cherish forever.

Brittany was going for a vintage/carnival esque theme, and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how these turned out.

here's the back of her invite

and the ceremony insert

Kelsey's invite was much simpler and I absolutely love all the photo's we were able to fit

I love the mixing of color and sepia photos that we did on Ashley's invite.

I also designed this baptism announcement for my very opinionated daughter. (let me just tell you, she was more difficult to work with than any bride), but in the end these invitations were absolutely perfect, and I even got a huge "ahhhh-their gorgeous mom" when we picked them up at the printer.

What do you think? I would love to hear your feedback.  Don't forget to like my new facebook page so you can see all the fun things I have going on.  http://www.facebook.com/KamStudiosPhotography

Melissa & Mark

Melissa & Mark knew each other for just a few short weeks when they knew they were meant to be together. This was the very first wedding I ever shot and I was so scared I was going to ruin their pictures. I honestly thought Melissa was crazy. But after this wedding I realized how much I love photography, and the rest you can say is history.

Melissa & Daniel

I'm beyond excited to debut my new photography blog. What better way to start things off than with this adorable couple-Melissa & Daniel. They decided to have their wedding be a super fun and non-traditional evening. I have to say that when I first heard their ceremony was going to be at Rocky Mountain Raceway I was a little nervous...but I loved how fun this location ended up being.

Aren't they just the cutest little flower girls ever?

First looks are my absolute favorite!
I love Daniel's first glimpse at his bride walking down the aisle.

What's not to love about cowboy boots and lime green heels? I mean seriously.

Daniel totally knows how to rock those GQ poses, doesn't he?

I love capturing the candid moments when know one realizes you have your camera aimed at them. The pure excitement in their eyes and the genuine smiles are priceless.

Love this wedding party, they were literally up for anything I asked them to do...even on the middle of the drag strip.

So many people have been telling me for the past couple of years that I should stop procrastinating and just do this photography thing for real.  I had one of the most stressful jobs and the thought of throwing something else on my plate was too much for me to handle, even though in the back of my mind I knew it was what I was supposed to be doing.  I left that job a couple months ago and starting working as the Director of Marketing for a design company. My new job is fabulous and I finally decided that I just need to stop coming up with excuses about why I shouldn't be doing the one thing I love most, and just do it.

I absolutely love everything about photography, the art, design, the settings and most of all the people I get to meet. I go into every shoot thinking about what kind of pictures I would love to have in my albums or hanging on my walls-this is absolutely what sets me apart from other photographers out there. I want to get to know my clients, what they like and dislike, what their style is (or help them figure that out) and create a shoot with all the little details perfect for them.

I can't wait to share all of my work with you!
